Summary

Join SeatGeek as the Partnerships & Professional Seller Strategy Lead and play a hybrid role focused on relationship management and strategic analytical support for MLB Clubs, NCAA Schools, and Professional Seller/Ticket Broker partners. You will own a portfolio of partner relationships, deliver commercial insights, provide analytical guidance, and offer operational support across integrated partnerships and seller initiatives. Responsibilities include owning external relationships with select partners, partnering with senior relationship managers, building trust-based relationships, delivering analytical projects, synthesizing data into actionable recommendations, preparing internal business reviews, partnering with cross-functional teams, and participating in new initiative launches. The role requires 4–6 years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategic partnerships, or analytical roles, strong quantitative analysis skills, a track record of driving business outcomes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage changing priorities. A consulting or business background with both external client interaction and internal analytical project work is preferred. SeatGeek offers various benefits, including equity stake, flexible work environment, WFH stipend, unlimited PTO, family leave, 401(k) matching, student loan support, health insurance, family building support, gender-affirming care, wellness expenses, and various subscriptions.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategic partnerships, or analytical roles; client-facing experience within sports, entertainment, or SaaS is a plus, but not required
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills with demonstrated ability to extract insights from large data sets using tools like Looker, Mixpanel, or similar
  • Track record of driving business outcomes—through both strategic projects and direct relationship ownership—not just maintaining relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of tailoring messaging to a range of audiences from external partners to internal leadership
  • Highly organized, accountable, and adept at managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively cross-functionally and exercises influence without direct authority
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to ~25%)

Responsibilities

  • Own targeted external relationships with select MLB Clubs, NCAA Schools (including Paciolan partners), and Professional Sellers/Ticket Brokers, ensuring a high standard of support and advocacy for these accounts
  • Partner with senior relationship managers to provide strategic input, troubleshoot partner issues, and carry out Executive Business Reviews or special initiatives as needed
  • Build trust-based relationships proactively, anticipating both risks and opportunities for commercial and operational improvements
  • Deliver analytical projects supporting integrated partnerships and Professional Seller initiatives—analyzing usage, inventory, sales, and KPIs to identify trends and improve execution
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable recommendations for both internal and external audiences, tailoring insights to senior stakeholders
  • Prepare internal business reviews, support cross-functional presentations, and generate reporting around partner and seller performance
  • Partner with teams across Product, BizOps, and CX to align operational and strategic priorities for partners and sellers, ensuring consistent delivery of best-in-class solutions and commercial outcomes
  • Participate in the launch and scaling of new initiatives and process improvements, sharing learnings and fostering knowledge transfer across teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consulting or business background, particularly in roles with both external client interaction and internal analytical project work
  • Familiarity with the ticketing and live events industry is a plus, but a strong general business toolkit is the priority

Benefits

  • Equity stake
  • Flexible work environment, allowing you to work as many days a week in the office as you’d like or 100% remotely
  • A WFH stipend to support your home office setup
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Up to 16 weeks of fully-paid family leave
  • 401(k) matching program
  • Student loan support resources
  • Health, vision, dental, and life insurance
  • Up to $25k towards family building and reproductive health services
  • Gender-affirming care support program
  • $500 per year for wellness expenses

  • $120 per month to spend on tickets to live events
  • Annual subscription to Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon music
