Summary

Join Carrum, a health tech company that brings value-based care to the masses, as a Care Operations Specialist. This role will help build and execute scalable processes critical to the success of our Patient Care Organization. You'll own patient travel at Carrum, analyze travel workflows, assist with new client and provider onboarding, and more.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in roles that work with patients or end-users of digital health platforms
  • Commitment to providing the highest level of service through the right mix of empathy, professionalism, and integrity
  • The ability to cut through the noise of a fast-paced start-up environment and affect real change that impacts your direct reports and the patients that rely on them
  • Appropriately handle confidential information and adhere to HIPAA requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong β€œpatient first” values
  • Data-driven and analytical skills; able to effectively analyze and communicate data to drive high-value, actionable insights, and lead your team
  • Experience handling aggressive deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Own patient travel at Carrum
  • Analyze travel workflows and make suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist with new client and new provider onboarding and ensure that workflows are updated to account for any necessary changes
  • Evangelize standardization and simplification whenever possible and help ensure best practices are followed by your peers on the Patient Care Team
  • Work cross-functionally with your peers in the Patient Care, Client Success, and Provider Operations teams to solve problems and respond to their needs as it pertains to patient travel
  • Own processing and execution for other critical patient tasks
