Requirements
- Call center experience with a strong customer service background
- Exceptional English skills with little to no accent
- Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) marketing platform
- Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable engaging with patients and leads
- Strong follow-up skills to nurture leads and maintain patient relationships
- Experience working with patients in the medical field
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for patient inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information regarding services and resources
- Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media campaigns and email marketing, to enhance patient engagement
- Produce high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms that resonates with patients and encourages interaction
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients to foster loyalty and satisfaction
- Gather patient feedback and collaborate with the team to identify areas for service improvement
Preferred Qualifications
