Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience in Payment operations within e-commerce or within a high-volume environment
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Availability to work day or night shifts
Responsibilities
- Play a crucial role in the day-to-day monitoring and tracking of payment transactions
- Assist in identifying payment issues, discrepancies, and potential risks, promptly escalating them for resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payment-related concerns
- Support the implementation of tactical changes to payment configurations
- Assist in generating reports on payment operations, highlighting issues, trends, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in gaming industry trends and familiarity with gaming platforms
- Knowledge of payment trends and user interactions with the MENA region
