Summary

Requirements

  • Proven experience in payment operations, payment analytics, or a related field within fintech or financial services
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with payment partners and service providers, including fee analysis
  • Advanced analytical skills, with hands-on experience in data analysis, reconciliation, and process optimisation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain complex payment concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Business-level proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Lead payment reporting and analysis by generating insights and recommending optimisation strategies for payment flows across all providers
  • Ensure high data accuracy for payment reconciliations, and drive improvements in our processes
  • Monitor, analyse fees with payment service providers to optimise cost efficiency
  • Review and approve invoices, ensuring accurate charges and proactively resolving discrepancies
  • Oversee monthly balance confirmations for payments processed by multiple providers, identifying opportunities for streamlining and automation
  • Design and generate regulatory and internal reports, ensuring compliance and providing actionable insights for management
  • Conduct and enhance regular quality checks, leading data integrity initiatives across payment reporting
  • Identify, analyse, and resolve complex issues related to payments, proposing long-term solutions
  • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders, providing expert support for payment-related projects and analytics
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve payment processes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with payment optimisation strategies, automation tools, or related technologies is highly desirable
