Summary

Join Methods as a Payroll Coordinator on a part-time basis for a 12-month fixed-term contract, working remotely. The role involves managing the payroll inbox, partnering with ADP to ensure smooth payroll submissions, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

  • Experience using ADP Payroll platform
  • Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
  • A flexible and positive attitude towards change; resilient, self-motivated
  • Excellent understanding of payroll and taxes
  • A keen eye for detail
  • An analytical mind and good math skills
  • Familiarity MS Office (especially Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Payroll inbox and answer all payroll related queries
  • Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
  • Understanding of payroll and taxes
  • Work closely with our payroll provider ADP to ensure payroll is successfully submitted monthly
  • Submitting data to ADP relating to any payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises)
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
  • Liaise with Finance with the payroll processes
  • Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and drive payroll compliance with reporting
  • Maintain accurate records
