Summary

Join EDITED as a Payroll Coordinator and take ownership of our end-to-end monthly payroll processing for multiple countries and entities. This part-time, flexible role requires a self-starter with excellent attention to detail and at least 3 years of UK payroll administration experience. You will manage payroll for 150+ employees, handle new starters and leavers, process bi-weekly or monthly payrolls, liaise with employees and managers, and ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements. Requirements

  • Minimum 3y+ experience in payroll administration in the UK
  • Experience running payroll in a company of 100+ people
  • Strong MS Excel and Google Sheets knowledge
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deal with multiple queries concurrently
  • Comfortable working autonomously, with a high level of accuracy
  • Comfortable maintaining strict confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Be solely responsible for end-to-end monthly payroll processing for multiple countries and entities (UK, US, Bulgaria) for a total headcount of 150+ people
  • Ensure new starters, leavers, and any changes including annual leave, maternity, paternity and sick pay are accurately recorded, managed and processed through the relevant payroll
  • Assist in setting up employees in foreign countries on local payrolls via PEO and record any changes to payroll on PEO platforms
  • Process employee payrolls on a bi-weekly or monthly basis
  • Liaise with managers and employees to assist with any payroll queries
  • Enrol, monitor & maintain employee benefits services and schemes i.e. healthcare, pension, childcare vouchers etc
  • Assist with preparation of annual P11D & PSA reporting
  • Ensure all statutory reporting requirements relating to monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll-related tax are processed and filed correctly and timely
  • Work with outsourced providers to complete all non-UK payroll tax filings and payments
  • Work with the accounts team to support all internal and external audits relating to payroll
  • Keep up to date with changes in legislation, especially within the UK
