You will process and audit multi-cycle payrolls, maintain and configure Dayforce modules, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support system enhancements, and develop reports. This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in payroll processing and HRIS administration using Dayforce, Workday, or UKG, and 2+ years of system configuration experience. Strong understanding of payroll compliance, tax rules, and reporting requirements is essential. The estimated salary range is $87,400 - $116,500, and benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, accident and life insurance, 401k matching, paid-time off, and education reimbursement.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing and HRIS administration using Dayforce, Workday, or UKG
- 2+ years of experience with system configuration, workflows, and troubleshooting within an HRIS platform
- Knowledge of payroll integrations and system interfaces
- Able/willing to travel up to 25% annually
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance, tax rules, and reporting requirements
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Process and audit multi-cycle payrolls accurately and on schedule, including regular and commission payments for US and Canada
- Maintain and configure modules in Dayforce including payroll, benefits, compensation, and performance
- Collaborate with People Xcellence (HR), Finance and Accounting teams to ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
- Support system enhancements, testing, and upgrades for all modules; proactively reaches out to impacted teams to understand potential impacts and mitigate risk
- Develop and maintain payroll, benefit, and compensation reports and audits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with internal stakeholders or vendor support
- Ensure data integrity across Dayforce modules and maintain employee records
- Lead year-end processes, audits, and compliance filings
Preferred Qualifications
- Ceridian Dayforce configuration experience
- Experience with payroll across multiple geographies (e.g., US, Canada, India)
