Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (higher level is a must since you will need to interview in English)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in G-Suite (including advanced use of Google Sheets)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the full recruitment process, from defining job profiles to extending offers, and collaborating with leaders to understand needs
  • Identify and attract suitable candidates using various channels; review resumes, shortlist, and assess candidates, ensuring a positive experience
  • Support employer branding efforts and represent the company at recruitment events
  • Aid in onboarding new hires and maintain relationships with potential candidates
  • Support communication and maintenance of organizational culture based on the company's mission, vision, and values
  • Measure employee engagement and assist in creating action plans for improvement
  • Assist in implementing wellness strategies to promote work-life balance
  • Implement and update onboarding plans for new employee integration
  • Assist in designing and executing training programs to ensure necessary competencies, and improve productivity and performance
  • Support leaders in identifying team development needs and building career and succession plans aligned with company goals
