Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization and reporting tool
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Excel)
• Ability to not just provide data but to interpret and tell a compelling story through data insights

Responsibilities

• Analyze people-related data sets to derive actionable insights and trends
• Translate complex data into understandable narratives, providing meaningful context to stakeholders
• Utilize Tableau to create visually compelling dashboards and reports for the People Team
• Work closely with the team to understand their data needs and provide analytical support
• Provide strategic decision support to the Business and HR leaders
• Collaborate on projects aimed at improving HR processes and strategies through data insights
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of people-related data; proactively identify and rectify discrepancies
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated and progressive experience in HR with a focus on analytics and reporting—or—in a data and analytics role with exposure to HR or people leader
• Experience consulting and advising senior/executive level stakeholders, preferably in an analytically-focused area
• Understanding of ETL, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts and practices (we use dbt and Snowflake)
• Statistical proficiency and knowledge in R or Python a plus
