Requirements

• 3+ years of solid experience in data analysis (People Analytics, BI or Data Science)
• Advanced proficiency in: SQL, Python/R, Excel/Google Sheets for complex analysis
• Knowledge of emerging technologies: Familiarity with automation and AI tools applied to HR
• Mastery of visual storytelling: Power BI, Tableau, Looker to create impactful visualizations
• Experience with HRIS platforms: BambooHR, HiBob, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors
• Management of ATS systems: Greenhouse, Lever and similar tools
• Obsessive analytical mindset: You look for patterns where others see only numbers
• Strategic communicator: You translate complex insights into actionable recommendations for any audience
• Exceptional collaborator: You work fluidly with stakeholders of all levels
• Naturally innovative: Always exploring new methodologies and best practices in People Analytics

Responsibilities

• Build the future of HR intelligence at Xepelin
• Design dashboards that transform complex data into clear stories about recruitment, engagement, performance, and diversity
• Automate processes and reports that free up time for high-value strategic analysis and improve operational efficiency
• Implement innovative technological solutions, including AI tools, to optimize talent decisions
• Be the data consultant who makes a difference for the People team
• Discover patterns and trends that reveal opportunities to act on in the lifecycle of our employees
• Develop predictive models that anticipate workforce needs and turnover risks
• Create in-depth analyses that turn intuitions into winning strategies
• Lead the data-driven transformation in Xepelin's People team
• Take ownership of transformative projects: from workforce planning to organizational climate studies
• Be the trusted advisor that leaders seek for critical talent decisions
• Promote a culture where every HR decision is backed by solid insights
• Stay abreast of best practices in People Analytics and industry trends to apply innovative approaches
• Work from the People area in close connection with technical teams such as Data & AI and Technology to ensure the success of projects requiring data modeling and more complex integrations
