Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a bachelor’s or equivalent
  • Strong exposure to all facets of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management issues and discussions, processes and outcomes, and succession planning

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with business leaders to identify business priorities and leverage strategic people planning to build consistency across the organization
  • Ensures alignment of the people plan, people programs and tools with business strategic goals, and advises on the development and implementation of the holistic people plan for the assigned groups
  • Collaborates with business leaders to interpret the business needs and people priorities
  • Contributes to the design and integration of the holistic organizational plan (talent structure, organizational design, job design) for an assigned organization
  • Partners with business to monitor, execute, and continue to evolve and inform the design
  • Identifies and predicts current and future talent needs and influences the design and implementation of strategic talent management solutions in alignment with organizational strategy, data, and budgets
  • In partnership with other teams, designs talent movement plans for critical roles and establishes a talent pipeline
  • Identifies strategies to influence talent development plans and programs and establishes a roadmap to build capabilities by helping business leaders make decisions to build, buy, or borrow talent and assess impact of the decisions
  • Partners with Diversity and Inclusion to develop diversity and inclusion plans for a business and drive vital programmatic efforts
  • Identifies the need for change and leads the implementation and adoption to new or changing structures (leadership or organizational), cultural change, or programs/processes (e.g., training, talent movement) for an organization
  • Contributes to developing change management and communication plans in collaboration with the Communications and Transformation team and business leaders
  • Interprets metrics to monitor and ensure leadership performance and identifies strategies and action plans to enable leadership and team transformation
  • Designs and manages the implementation of interventions to improve leadership and team performance and capability Coaches managers and leaders to facilitate organizational change and model our leadership principles and an inclusive environment
  • Works collaboratively with Employee Relations and Senior Leaders to provide P&C policy guidance and interpretation as needed
  • Works closely with senior leaders, management and employees to improve work relationships and build a cohesive culture in assignment business units
  • Partners with P&C centers of expertise including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation and HRIS to effectively implement and monitor people programming throughout Pathward
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Background in organizational development preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to understand processes and how software programs interact is beneficial
