Summary

Join Feeld's People Team as a Senior HR Business Partner and play a key role in empowering employees. Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people initiatives across talent development, employee relations, and performance management. As a trusted advisor, coach leaders to enable team growth and success, providing operational HR expertise in a dynamic, global remote environment. Lead cyclical HR initiatives, coach leaders on performance enablement, and partner with business leads on change management. Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and investigations, and collaborate with the People Engagement Lead to drive continuous improvement. Champion Feeld’s DEI strategy and ensure equity and inclusion are embedded in all HR practices. This is a fully remote position, with a strong preference for candidates with a presence in the UK or EU.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cyclical HR initiatives and coach leaders on performance enablement, talent development, organizational design, and team effectiveness
  • Partner with business leads on change management efforts, ensuring communication, adoption, and team alignment
  • Act as the first point of contact for leaves & accommodations, employee relations, and investigations
  • Collaborate with People Engagement Lead to leverage insights and data to advise on organizational health, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
  • Be a champion for Feeld’s DEI strategy and act as an accountability partner for business leads to ensure that equity and inclusion are embedded in hiring, development, and retention strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of UK and EU HR regulations and compliance strongly preferred
