Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR/People & Culture/People Ops experience , with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Fluency in Business English β all interviews and most communications will be conducted in English
- Proven experience with HRIS and ATS platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant HR technology tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust, maintain confidentiality, and address sensitive matters with discretion
- Analytical mindset β skilled at interpreting HR data, identifying trends, and making evidence-based recommendations that drive improvement
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain a high attention to detail
- Track record of fostering employee engagement and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, innovate, and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying current with HR trends and best practices
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work from a home office, with occasional travel as required
- Availability to work on U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours, with some flexibility
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and tools
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, contract updates, and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Oversee HRIS administration, ensuring data integrity, compliance with privacy regulations, and producing actionable reports and dashboards
- Track and manage benefits administration, time-off processes, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate visa, work permit, and legal documentation processes, including notary approvals and required filings
- Supervise and mentor People & Culture and Talent Acquisition team members, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development support
- Act as a liaison between the HR team and leadership, communicating priorities, reporting on KPIs, and escalating challenges when needed
- Monitor team deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality execution of People & Culture operations
- Review, update, and enforce HR procedures to maintain compliance and reflect best practices
- Prepare and present HR & TA reports with in-depth analysis of KPIs such as turnover, time-to-hire, engagement scores, and performance ratings
- Lead HR internal audit preparation, ensuring readiness and accuracy for external audits
- Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and implement improvement initiatives backed by data insights
- Design and oversee performance management processes, including review cycles, tracking performance trends, and recommending targeted development plans
- Support Learning & Development initiatives, including onboarding programs, technical and soft skills training, and tracking the ROI of development activities
- Contribute to organizational structure management, including role mapping, job description updates, and reporting line adjustments
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, ensuring the right skills and capacity to meet business needs
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, analysis of results, and follow-up actions to improve satisfaction and retention
- Perform other responsibilities within the scope of the role as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of U.S. labor law or direct U.S.-based HR experience is preferred but not required
- Prior experience in Public Accounting, Audit, or other Professional Services/Consultancy environments is a big plus
