Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for planning regional team member meetups and virtual events, handling all logistics, preparation, and execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design engaging events that align with company culture and goals
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while delivering high-quality experiences
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Travel internationally, as needed, to oversee event execution and logistics
- Gather feedback and create post-event reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Work with key stakeholders, including Marketing, to craft compelling content for employee branding outlets such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Identify relevant, sharable content that showcases the company’s values, culture, and employee experiences
- Serve as a liaison between People Operations and Marketing, ensuring alignment while driving initiatives that enhance the company’s employer brand
- Monitor and manage employee feedback channels, ensuring consistent and professional messaging
- Develop scalable programming to foster a sense of community and engagement among remote team members
- Design and execute initiatives that support team member upskilling, peer connection, and virtual community-building
- Collaborate with leadership to create opportunities for recognition and meaningful interactions across the organization
- Leverage digital tools and platforms to ensure programming reaches all remote employees effectively
- Plan, organize, and execute regional events, including team-building activities, employee recognition programs, etc
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality or experience
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, venues, and cross-functional teams, to deliver seamless events
- Maintain detailed documentation, including schedules, vendor contracts, and post-event reports
- Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve event experiences
- Serve as a cultural ambassador, promoting inclusivity and employee engagement through creative initiatives
- Ensure all events align with company values and goals
