Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources to help the People Team make informed and strategic decisions
• Analyze employee feedback and performance reviews to assess overall satisfaction and discover areas of improvement
• Develop and visualize metrics to track effectiveness of current People initiatives
• Collaborate with the People team, Talent Acquisition team, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support ongoing and future projects
• Conduct and report competitive market analyses to compare Jerry’s organization practices with industry standards and competitors
