Summary
Join TIMOCOM as a People Lead and take charge of four cross-functional IT teams, focusing on platform and network areas. This role allows for partial remote work, requiring only two days in the office bi-monthly. You will support and guide employee development, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement 360-degree feedback. Strategic workforce planning and resource management are key responsibilities, along with overseeing various HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. You will monitor KPIs, create reports for the IT Director, and foster a positive team environment. Conflict resolution and collaboration are essential aspects of this position.
Requirements
- Have completed an apprenticeship or university degree
- Possess several years of professional experience in a comparable position, with insights into the agile functioning of an IT company
- Demonstrate passion for employee leadership, personnel development, and team management, as well as knowledge of change management
- Be familiar with working with cross-functional teams, especially using agile methodologies
- Possess good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Teams, as well as resource and budget planning
- Have very good English and German language skills for effective team communication
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage four cross-functional IT teams in the platform and network areas
- Support and guide the personal and professional development of employees
- Conduct regular employee performance reviews and utilize methodologies such as 360-degree feedback
- Implement decisions within your area of responsibility and foster an innovation-focused company culture
- Oversee strategic workforce planning and resource management for your area, in coordination with overall IT management
- Support various HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Monitor KPIs and create reports for management to keep the IT Director informed and continuously improve team performance
- Foster a positive work environment and team spirit, effectively resolving conflicts using various approaches

Ideally, have experience in developing 360-degree feedback and leading hybrid teams
