Responsibilities
- Help build and scale smooth onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Plan and support Clerkieβs 2026 annual retreat, team offsites, reward trips, hackathons, and virtual events ποΈ
- Coordinate hiring logistics, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
- Support employer branding and talent community building effots - think writing culture-forward LinkedIn posts, organizing talent fireside chats, and more
- Celebrate employee milestones (birthdays, anniversaries, wins) in meaningful and personal ways
- Maintain and improve internal documentation in Coda and other People tools
- Write clear, human-centered internal comms that keep our team connected
- Join hiring syncs, People rituals, and async projects with curiosity and heart
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Coda, Greenhouse, or Notion
- Previous internship or school experience in HR, comms, recruiting, or operations
- A knack for writing people-centered content or organizing virtual events
- Comfort with ambiguity and excitement about working in a startup environment
- Prior experience in a tech company, startup, or product-adjacent role
- Passion for financial wellness, tech-for-good, or startup life
