Summary

Join Keep, a Canadian fintech company, as a Jr People Ops Analyst and become the operational backbone of the company. You will handle internal support requests, manage access to tools and systems, assist with onboarding, and support cultural initiatives. Requirements

  • Tech-savvy — you know your way around Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and basic IT systems, and you're willing to learn new tools and their management
  • Organized — you track details, follow up proactively, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Sense of urgency - You are able to prioritize urgent tasks and organize your day based on priorities
  • A great communicator — you keep stakeholders in the loop and explain things clearly

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to person for IT and access support (Slack, Google Workspace, VPN, etc.)
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics, including equipment shipping and account setup
  • Support People Ops processes like payroll coordination and employee documentation
  • Manage cultural channels and activities. (Birthdays, kudos, internal events, activities etc.)
  • Help plan in-person team events
  • Keep internal systems organized and up to date (employee tracker, policies, tool instructions etc.)
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (People, Finance, Engineering) to unblock employees
  • Proactively flag and solve internal process issues
  • Internal IT Support : Handle access requests, troubleshoot internal tooling issues, and manage basic tech support for the team
  • Onboarding & Offboarding : Coordinate smooth employee transitions — from tool setup and logistics to equipment returns
  • People Ops Coordination : Own recurring admin tasks like managing home office gadgets, documentation tracking, and Slack automations
  • Culture & Events : Plan team events, manage cultural rituals (birthdays, team kudos), and keep morale high
  • Process Improvement : Identify gaps in our systems and propose low-lift solutions to improve team efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus if you have experience in customer support, office coordination, or internal systems
