Summary

Join Bosch Digital as an HR Business Partner and play a strategic role in empowering our digital talents and leadership teams. Collaborate with local teams and leaders to co-create people strategies, streamline HR processes, and drive impactful initiatives. In this fast-paced environment, you will act as a trusted advisor, shaping a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will oversee talent development, coordinate annual salary reviews, support learning and development initiatives, generate HR reports, and act as a trusted advisor to the Leadership Group. Support smooth onboarding, internal mobility, and exit processes, providing hands-on guidance on local HR policies. This role requires collaboration with global HR teams to ensure consistency and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Strong knowledge of talent development, performance management, and salary review processes
  • Comfortable working with HR analytics and reporting tools. SAP Success Factors is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€” confident engaging with both employees and leadership
  • Familiarity with local HR policies and legal requirements
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for people and organizational growth

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the talent development processes
  • Support the established career development framework and facilitate the various development formats and contribution evaluations
  • Coordinate the Annual Salary Review process, including market data preparation, contract management, report analysis, and salary range proposals
  • Support the design and facilitation of various workshops and other initiatives aligned with organizational change, personnel development and growth
  • Engage with feedback mechanisms to support ongoing employee development
  • Generate and manage HR reports, ensuring timely and accurate data across functions
  • Maintain alignment with global HR teams for consistency and compliance
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Leadership Group, supporting strategic people decisions, providing recruitment consultations, and managing personnel cases
  • Collaborate with managers on policy implementation, organizational structure, and workforce planning
  • Support smooth onboarding, internal mobility, and exit processes
  • Provide hands-on guidance on local HR policies and ensure compliant, employee-centric execution

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Agile or tech-driven organizations
