Summary

Requirements

  • 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner role
  • Experience supporting high-performance teams in financial services, trading, or financial technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of compensation structures and practices in trading and financial infrastructure environments
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and communication across diverse, global teams
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of trading/quantitative talent management
  • Experience managing People programs in hybrid/remote work environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Being based between GMT -1 to GMT +3 is a requirement

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive People guidance and support to assigned business areas, with particular focus on trading and technology teams
  • Partner with leaders to develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Drive organisational effectiveness through workforce planning, succession management, and performance optimisation
  • Manage employee relations and facilitate resolution of complex personnel matters
  • Collaboration with other People sub-teams (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Program Management) on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
  • Develop and implement People policies and processes that support our trading operations and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Provide data-driven insights and metrics to support business decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

  • Track record of effectively utilising technology and AI tools for work and productivity is a strong plus
  • Strong track record of navigating either EU, UK or Switzerland labour regulations and practices will be considered a significant advantage
