Requirements

  • Have 2-5 years of relevant experience in an HR advisory/business partner position, preferably in an international environment
  • Have at least a Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
  • Have solid knowledge of German employment law
  • Are comfortable working with different HR tools i.e. HRIS, WMS, ATS
  • Are a strong communicator and relationship builder who can influence and guide stakeholders effectively
  • Are a process improver whoโ€™s proactive in making things simpler, better, and more people-friendly
  • Have affinity with the scale-up culture and comfortable in a fast changing environment
  • Are fluent in German and English

Responsibilities

  • A trusted people advisor and coach for the Retail Director and Regional Managers in your region
  • Driving people-related initiatives, providing insightful data to guide decision-making, and proactive solutions for better ways of working
  • Leading core People processes for your region such as performance reviews & calibrations, salary cycles, and engagement surveys
  • Providing guidance on HR policies and support changes where needed to improve alignment or compliance
  • Managing employee relations issues, conducting thorough and fair investigations when needed
  • Serving as our go-to expert on employment legislation in your region, working with legal advisors as needed
  • Supporting with non-standard HR admin such as parental leave, sick leave, and reintegration cases

Preferred Qualifications

  • Retail industry experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Austria, Switzerland or Spain is an advantage
  • Dutch is a nice bonus
