Requirements
- Proven experience owning performance and talent programs at scale—ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and program management skills; you can turn feedback and data into program improvements
- Comfortable balancing strategy and execution—willing to roll up your sleeves to get programs over the finish line
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and programs effectively
- Creativity and grit to skillfully problem solve and navigate dynamic, ambiguous situations
Responsibilities
- Own Vanta’s talent and performance programs end-to-end, including performance review cycles, calibration, talent reviews, continuous feedback, and succession planning
- Design and evolve talent management frameworks that support growth, development, and performance across the employee lifecycle
- Run performance and talent review cycles that are equitable, timely, and impactful—partnering with People Business Partners and functional leaders to calibrate performance and identify top talent
- Develop change management and communication plans for your people programs, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment across stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally with leaders, managers, and People team peers to ensure all programs reinforce our high-performance and feedback-driven culture
- Track and analyze program effectiveness, using data and insights to drive iterative improvements and inform strategic decisions
