Summary
Join Job Mobz as a People Services Specialist for a 12-month remote contract with the potential to become full-time. You will provide day-to-day People support to employees, managers, and the broader People team. Responsibilities include managing HR systems and records, supporting recruiting, conducting background checks, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and contributing to various People programs. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, along with proficiency in HR systems like Workday and Greenhouse. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role and a strong customer service orientation. The position offers the opportunity to analyze people data, collaborate with HR teams, and contribute to strategic HR decision-making.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a Coordinator or Specialist role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in HR related tools and systems (Workday, Greenhouse)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Working knowledge of HR programs, procedures, and processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service orientation
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Support HR Technology administration, including data entry, reporting, and system audit/maintenance
- Scheduling Interviews, maintaining action items in Greenhouse
- Ensure background check clearance, escalating risks to People Partners, Employee Relations and Recruiting for further consideration
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires and interns, including coordinating onboarding and ensuring the completion of all required documentation
- Manage the offboarding process, including coordination with payroll/IT
- As the Sr. Mgr of Employee Services engages on an intake process with cross-functional stakeholders, the People Services Specialists will be tasked with supporting additional people initiatives throughout the year such as performance management, internship program, immigration, etc
- Analyze and interpret people data to provide insights that drive HR strategy and decision-making
- Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights
- Use data visualization tools to create reports that communicate key insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track workforce trends and performance indicators in One Model
