Join Cloudflare's growing team as a People Services professional! Based remotely in India, you will be the functional point of contact for the local operations team, ensuring smooth payroll processes and employee support. Your responsibilities include payroll sign-off, SOX control monitoring, process improvement projects, and regional management support. You will need 5+ years of experience in People Operations/Payroll/Employee Relations in APJC, familiarity with HR systems like Workday and Zendesk, and strong knowledge of APJC employment law. Requirements

  • Desired 5+ years of experience in People Operations / Payroll / Employee Relation matters for APJC
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday and Zendesk. Experience with Core, Talent and Comp is a plus
  • Highly detailed and process oriented
  • Solid knowledge of APJC countries employment law and experience operating as lead within these environments. Experience in India local practices is a must
  • Strong customer focus and relentless commitment to employee experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, effectively presenting information and responding to cross-region and cross-functional customer questions
  • Able to prioritize and execute accordingly, ready to report on status on demand
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Adaptability in a global fast-paced environment
  • Extensive experience with consolidating and preparing payroll changes and reports for APJC region, with focus in India and Singapore

Responsibilities

  • Execute the monthly checks on the region payrolls to ensure they are being submitted accurately
  • Follow schedule for the SOX Control items and ensure they are on track
  • Track any change / improvement required for Business Processes , with appropriate requirement gathering, being able to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Regional Offer Approval
  • Lead on improvement projects defined by the group
  • Regional Senior Mgmt Support
  • Analysis of support tickets and business process to provide regional status and opportunities for process improvements
  • Partner with COE's and other team members to test new functionality and troubleshoot technical issues
