Summary

Join our team as a Peoplesoft HCM Developer in New Orleans, LA (with remote options)! This permanent position requires experience in PeopleSoft implementations and upgrades, including Fit-gap analysis and task management. You'll work with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 across various modules. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in numerous PeopleSoft tools and technologies and holds a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience. Requirements

  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 (Core HR, Benefits, TL, Payroll, Absence Management, compensation, eRecruit and ePerformance)
  • Proficiency in Application Designer
  • Proficiency in Application Engine
  • Proficiency in Process scheduler
  • Proficiency in People Code
  • Proficiency in Application Packages
  • Proficiency in PS Security
  • Proficiency in Data mover
  • Proficiency in Tree Manager
  • Proficiency in Application Messaging/integration Broker (IB)
  • Proficiency in Component Interface
  • Proficiency in Application workflow Engine (AWE)
  • Proficiency in Portal (Interactive Hub)
  • Proficiency in XML Publisher
  • Proficiency in Forms
  • Proficiency in Pivot Grids
  • Proficiency in Work Centers
  • Proficiency in PS Query Manager
  • Proficiency in SQR
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Proficiency in Crystal Reports and nVision
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years or more of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree
  • US Citizen only
  • Must be able to obtain Public Trust

Responsibilities

  • Participate in PeopleSoft implementations and version upgrades
  • Review and complete Fit-gap sessions/presentations
  • Create and assign task groups
