Performance Strategist II

Summary

Join Liftoff's Performance Supply team as a Performance Strategist! You will bridge the gap between Liftoff's technology and commercial applications, collaborating with sales, R&D, and analytics teams. Your analytical skills and technical expertise will be crucial in driving strategy for publisher accounts, resolving account issues, optimizing activities, and generating reports. You will build strong customer relationships and continuously test and learn new techniques to maximize partner value. This role offers high visibility and immediate impact within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A strong analytical background and client-facing experience are essential. The position requires a BS/BA degree (analytical degree preferred).

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in an analytical or strategy role
• Strong client facing experience in a similar industry
• Analytical with strong quantitative skills and a strong working knowledge of Excel and other analytical too
• Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and influence change
• High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• An ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an immediate impact
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• BS/BA required—analytical degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy for Publisher Accounts in the region
• Work closely with regional sales team to analyze and resolve account problems/issues
• Act as bridge between Sales, Data Science, Engineering and Product
• Develop internal and external business presentations as needed
• Optimize account activities to achieve business goals
• Generate account reporting on both periodic and ad hoc basis
• Develop positive working relationships with customers to help them grow
• Define and analyze partner metrics to achieve success
• Continuous testing & learning—leverage new techniques to drive value for partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant Ad-tech industry experience is a plus
• SQL, Looker or similar querying experience preferred
• Experience or coursework in Statistics or Data Science
