Summary

Requirements

• Proven at least 2+ experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
• Good understanding supporting senior executive level
• Experience in working in different time zones
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotel accommodations, and transportation
• Manage confidential information and documents with discretion
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive
• Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
• Handle calendar management and schedule appointments and meetings
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and faxing

Preferred Qualifications

Open to candidates with office admin or event coordinator experience
