Personal Assistant to Compliance & ICS Management

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support for Compliance & ICS managers (calendar, mailbox, travel organization, etc.)
• Organize team meetings and take notes
• Maintain intranet pages and SharePoint
• Assist with PowerPoint presentations
• Support ICS team meetings (preparation, minutes, follow-ups)
• Administer team tasks (vacation, travel, etc.)
• Organize on-site team meetings
• Maintain distribution and contact lists for ICS applications
• Manage SharePoint access for auditors
• Assist with ICS newsletters and communications
• Update ICS intranet and reorganize SharePoint
• Coordinate international ICS IT community meetings and calls
• Assist with PowerPoint presentations
