Personal Injury Medical Lien Negotiator

Summary

TorkLaw is seeking an experienced Medical Lien Negotiator to join their team. The ideal candidate should be kind, compassionate, responsible, trustworthy, service-oriented, respectful, collaborative, authentic, ethical, accountable for results, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Medical Lien Negotiator within a legal setting
• Strong understanding of medical billing, lien resolution, and negotiation techniques
• Well-versed in statutory liens (Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, etc.)
