• 3+ years of experience with Dynamic Yield
• Strong foundation in digital marketing and data reporting
• Proficient in HTML and CSS
• Intermediate-level JavaScript skills
• Knowledge of database management and APIs
• Digitally-savvy and well-informed on digital innovations, trends, and technologies
• Self-motivated, responsive, and committed to ensuring customer success
• A fast learner; proven success picking up new tools quickly and proficiently
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; flexible and readily adaptable to changing circumstances
• A keen attention to detail and accuracy; exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for testing and personalization campaigns using the Dynamic Yield toolset
• Build, QA, and execute personalized experiences
• Develop and manage audience segments and events
• Translate test concepts into actionable execution
• Leverage the reporting interface to analyze results and deliver insights
• Collaborate with clients to identify bugs, submit tickets, and support resolution efforts
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously refine the testing strategy for optimal outcomes
