Summary
Join SureCost, a leading provider of pharmacy purchasing and inventory management solutions, as a SaaS Sales Executive. This remote role, available in select U.S. states, focuses on engaging leads, conducting product demos, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth. You will own the sales cycle, proactively generate leads, and qualify prospects. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience and 2+ years in the pharmacy or GPO field. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales meeting and exceeding quota, preferably in a high growth organization
- 2+ years of experience in Pharmacy, Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) or other Pharmacy related field
- Strong focus on learning and understanding the goals and strategies of our customers
- Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos and presentations, manage questions and respond to feedback
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills β and a commitment to maintain good internal and external relationships
- Excellent multi-tasking β able to handle multiple leads simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
- Exceptional people skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Strong administrative skills required to capture all communications in our CRM (Hubspot)
- Professional and respectful attitude and demeanor
- Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, self-driven, outgoing and energetic personality
- Thorough with attention to detail
- Strong empathy for customers AND passion to achieve revenue expansion and growth

Responsibilities
- Own the sales cycle β from initial prospect engagement to close
- Engage proactively with leads provided by the BDR team
- Generate additional leads through networking, outbound prospecting, and industry engagement
- Qualify prospects by assessing their needs, challenges, and potential fit
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations, aligning capabilities with customer pain points
- Manage a structured pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring all communications and activities are logged
- Develop deep product expertise to effectively position and sell our solution
- Consistently meet and exceed performance goals and sales metrics
