Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with a strong focus on inbound candidates
  • At least 1+ years leading a team in Talent Acquisition, with a proven record of supporting and promoting the growth of the team members
  • Experience and knowledge in other areas of HR beyond recruitment (Learning or Comp & Ben are preferred)
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and hiring managers, with strong consultative and influencing skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Skilled at leveraging data and analytics to improve recruitment strategies, assess pipeline health, and make informed decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent Sword Health’s mission and values to candidates
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Lever) or other recruiting software

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team which is focused on inbound applications, with a strong focus on supporting the team members in their growth and development within Sword Health
  • Build strong relationships with Technical leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and drive proactive talent strategies
  • Design, build and deploy training content for Hiring Managers to ensure their adoption, understanding and contribution to the continuously improving candidate experience
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a smooth recruitment process
  • Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to advise stakeholders on recruitment strategies and approaches
  • Ensure the ATS (Lever) is up to date and current, allowing for accurate reporting and data integrity
  • Contribute to the development and deployment of initiatives related to Compensation and Benefits (from salary benchmarking to market monitoring on benefits)
