Requirements

• 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or in a high-growth startup environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to structure and manage data for efficient decision-making
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve strategic goals
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Assist in key strategic growth projects, including performance analysis, data visualization, and strategic planning
• Support the growth organization in tactical campaigns designed to increase revenue and improve operational performance
• Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth operations
• Plan and coordinate key growth meetings, ensuring effective communication and information flow between teams
• Drive the execution of growth strategies, including improving and standardizing processes for greater operational efficiency
• Serve as a key contributor to the performance management and development of initiatives aimed at expanding Sword Health’s market presence and client reach

• Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders and presenting strategic ideas in a structured manner
• A track record of building trusting relationships across all levels of an organization
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or related area
