Summary

The job is for a Family Practice Physician at Curai Health, a remote-first AI-powered virtual clinic. The position involves providing urgent care and primary care to patients through live text-based chat. The ideal candidate should have at least 40 active state licenses, be available to work from 5am to 2pm Pacific time 4 days a week, and have 5+ years of clinical practice experience.

Requirements

• Board Certification in Family Medicine
• Prior telemedicine experience
• Active license in 40 or more states (we will assist in licensing you up to all 50 states)
• Clear medical history (no board actions or complaints)
• 5+ years of clinical practice, ideally significant practice or engagement with primary care & pediatrics
• Digital savviness, excellent typing skills, excellent grammatical construction, and excellent command of English
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to ensure a meaningful and professional patient experience
• Proficiency in English. Spanish fluency is an added plus

Responsibilities

• Seeing acute/urgent care patients in our live text-based chat clinic
• Partnering with the AI/ML in the EHR to increase the machine’s ability to assist providers with clinical decision support
• Providing feedback to the AI/ML and product teams on features that improve provider efficiency and accuracy
• Staying abreast of EHR feature updates by continuously training and remaining current on the platform

Preferred Qualifications

Start-up experience in healthcare is a plus
