Join Curai Health, an AI-powered virtual clinic, as a US Physician specializing in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine. We're a remote-first company seeking clinicians with at least one license in CA, TX, or FL, comfortable with pediatric patients (age 5+). You'll utilize AI-powered electronic records to provide urgent and primary care via a text-based chat platform. Responsibilities include patient diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and detailed note-writing. The role requires board certification, telemedicine experience, and a strong command of English. Requirements

• Board Certification in Family Medicine/Emergency Medicine (must be ok with pediatrics)
• Prior telemedicine experience
• Active licenses in California, Texas, & Florida
• A clear medical history (no board actions or complaints)
• 5+ years of clinical practice, ideally significant practice or engagement with primary care & pediatrics
• Digital savviness, excellent typing skills, excellent grammatical construction, and excellent command of English
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to ensure a meaningful and professional patient experience

Responsibilities

• See acute/urgent care patients in our live text-based chat clinic. This can also include straightforward chronic care cases requiring refills
• Allocate 90% of time to clinical tasks and 10% to administrative tasks. Administrative time is broken down between clinical meetings, EHR/automation product feedback projects, and clinical operations quality improvement projects (1099 has less administrative responsibilities)
• Accurately diagnose patients using detailed patient history-taking and provide evidence-based treatment recommendations
• Write efficient encounter visit notes in a clear fashion that demonstrates strong medical decision-making skills, differential diagnoses, and a well-written and relevant care plan
• Close all notes by the end of the encounter/visit
• Stay abreast of EHR feature updates by continuously training and remaining current on the platform

• Have worked remotely before and in a telehealth chat-based environment
• Value a team-based collaborative approach as it relates to providing healthcare
• Passionate about providing empathetic personalized patient care at scale
• Have informed opinions that you hold lightly but are flexible to meet the needs of patients and the business
• Understand that flexibility and adaptability are key traits to being successful in a start up environment and change is inevitable
• Active licenses in all 50 states plus DC
