Summary

Join Dane Street's team and contribute to our success by maintaining the physician panel, onboarding new physicians, and coordinating the credentialing and contracting processes. You will manage physician profiles, ensuring accurate information and timely updates. This role involves negotiating costs and contract terms, obtaining necessary paperwork, and coordinating DocuSign documents. You will also assist physician reviewers with inquiries and handle various administrative tasks. Success in this position requires attention to detail, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with medical terminology and compliance guidelines. Requirements

  • Attention to detail is required for a complete provider record
  • Physician recruitment experience in a Healthcare/Insurance setting or equivalent transferable skill set
  • Working knowledge of physician networks, recruitment, medical specialties and terminology
  • General knowledge of State and Federal compliance guidelines
  • Strong negotiation skills, communication skills, understanding of medical terminology, critical thinking, organizational skills, ability to manage time efficiently and to meet specific deadlines
  • Computer literacy and typing skills required
  • Any lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job duties listed above
  • Long periods of sitting and computer work
  • Supply and support their own internet services
  • Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement of all work from home position

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate credentialing and contracting process documents
  • Ensure new contracts are completed quickly and fee agreements are correct for current or new panel reviewers
  • Understand Client fee schedules and TAT requirements to respond to physician agreement requests
  • Maintain and update physician profiles, including
  • Physician profile instructions
  • Updated fees
  • Doctor Group assignments
  • Deactivating/Reactivating physicians
  • W9 remit to changes
  • Onboarding new physicians, including but not limited to
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to maintaining the physician panel
  • Onboarding new physicians based on client needs
  • Negotiate costs and contract terms within pre-established guidelines
  • Obtain and process necessary paperwork, including
  • Agreement
  • Application
  • CV
  • W9
  • NPDB
  • Work with the Director of Operations to set fees for agreements
  • Provide dictation and AccessDS instructions
  • DocuSign Coordination: Submit and track all required DocuSign documents and follow up as needed. Documents include
  • Application
  • Agreement (specific for individual provider)
  • FCRA Form
  • Contractor Rules of Behavior Form
  • Authorization for Credentialing Form
  • Training Documents: Submit training materials to all providers after signing the agreement and handle all follow-ups. Documents include
  • VBA MDE TRAIN
  • LS Training Module List
  • Assist physician reviewers with technical or case inquiries
  • Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Use of Salesforce is a plus
  • An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
