Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer messages via online channels (i.e. chat, email) and provide the appropriate solutions and alternatives, following up to ensure resolution
  • Identify and assess customer needs, to achieve satisfaction
  • Build friendly relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
