Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience producing podcasts or audio content

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with business goals and audience interests
  • Collaborate with marketing and wider content team to integrate the podcast into broader campaigns
  • Track key performance metrics and make ongoing improvements to grow listenership and engagement
  • Manage the full production process including recording, editing, sound design, and publishing
  • Coordinate remote or in-studio recordings, ensuring high-quality audio and video capture
  • Source and manage music, sound effects, and third-party audio assets as needed
  • Maintain podcast publishing platforms and metadata accuracy (titles, show notes, links)
  • Work closely with hosts, guests, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth production process
  • Prep hosts and guests with briefing materials and coordinate interview logistics
  • Support promotional efforts by collaborating with design and social teams to create episode assets
  • Stay current on podcast trends, formats, and tools to continually improve our show
  • Benchmark competitor podcasts and identify opportunities for innovation
