Summary

The job is for a Creative Intern at Highwire, a modern communications and digital marketing agency based in San Francisco with offices in New York, Boston, and Chicago. The intern will work on graphic design projects including social graphics, presentations, infographics, UI/UX design, illustrations, logos, banner campaigns, style guides, brand development, and more. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a BFA or BA in Graphic Design, Visual Design or Motion Design, has 1-2 years of professional experience, and possesses strong technical skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently. The intern will be paid $18 - $20 an hour for a six-month period.

Requirements

• Graphic design degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2yrs of professional experience
• Provide a compelling portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work and the process behind those pieces
• Understand knowledge of fundamental design principles such as color theory, typography, composition, and branding
