Software Engineer Intern

Summary

The job is for a Software Engineering Intern position at Sentry. The intern will work on real projects, receive mentorship, and contribute to an open-source project. The role requires the candidate to be currently enrolled in a Computer Science degree program, have experience with Python, JavaScript, Java or similar languages, and at least 1 previous internship or equivalent practical experience.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate degree program in Computer Science (or similar)
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, Java or a similar dynamic programming language through internships, personal projects, or coding competitions
• At least 1 previous internship or equivalent practical experience
• Willing to relocate to San Francisco for the duration of your internship (we’ll help get you here and provide a housing stipend)
• Please note visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Responsibilities

• Be matched with one of our Product or Infrastructure Engineering teams, based on your interests and experience
• Design, develop, and ship a programming solution that drives real values to customers

Benefits

• Base salary range: $53.13 per hour
