- Organized, responsive, and rigorous: you can manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize effectively, excel in execution, focus on results, and pay attention to details. You love creating and improving processes and systems
- Creative and resourceful: you have a strong ability to find new solutions to enhance the quality and impact of our coaching products. You also know how to and enjoy being a resource to help others solve their problems
- Client-Centric Focus: you understand client needs and feedback, maintaining a client-centric approach to ensure coaching solutions remain relevant, impactful, and aligned with the evolving needs of our diverse clientele
- French: Native or bilingual
- English: Fluent
Responsibilities
- Managing our mentoring programme as well as coordinating the delivery of guided coaching sessions for our students
- Coordinating the delivery of PXS Alumni, an exclusive community designed to connect & empower graduates of our coaching program
- Overseeing the planning and execution of all PXS alumni events
- Facilitating Monthly networking events
- Continuously evaluating and optimizing planning and execution processes
- Regularly distributing surveys to gather feedback from alumni
- Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Regularly posting relevant and interactive content
- Making sure new members are welcomed and continuously improving the onboarding process
- Maintaining and sharing a comprehensive calendar of upcoming events
- Promptly responding to member queries and feedback
