  • Proven appetencies in project and or ops management, preferably within a startup environment
  • Strong interpersonal qualities: you enjoy human interaction, naturally adapt to different individuals, and can establish high-quality connections with a diverse range of people
  • Tech Savvy & Master of digital tools: you are eager to automate wherever opportunities arise
  • Organized, responsive, and rigorous: you can manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize effectively, excel in execution, focus on results, and pay attention to details. You love creating and improving processes and systems
  • Creative and resourceful: you have a strong ability to find new solutions to enhance the quality and impact of our coaching products. You also know how to and enjoy being a resource to help others solve their problems
  • Client-Centric Focus: you understand client needs and feedback, maintaining a client-centric approach to ensure coaching solutions remain relevant, impactful, and aligned with the evolving needs of our diverse clientele
  • French: Native or bilingual
  • English: Fluent

Responsibilities

  • Managing our mentoring programme as well as coordinating the delivery of guided coaching sessions for our students
  • Coordinating the delivery of PXS Alumni, an exclusive community designed to connect & empower graduates of our coaching program
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of all PXS alumni events
  • Facilitating Monthly networking events
  • Continuously evaluating and optimizing planning and execution processes
  • Regularly distributing surveys to gather feedback from alumni
  • Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Regularly posting relevant and interactive content
  • Making sure new members are welcomed and continuously improving the onboarding process
  • Maintaining and sharing a comprehensive calendar of upcoming events
  • Promptly responding to member queries and feedback
