Power BI Developer

Summary

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Power BI development
• Proficiency in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and visualization best practices
• Experience working with Databricks and Excel as data sources
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards by connecting to multiple data sources including Databricks and Excel spreadsheets
• Collaborate closely with business users to gather and understand data visualization requirements
• Present multiple dashboard layout options to stakeholders, iterate based on feedback, and finalize the design
• Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, performance-optimized, and meet business KPIs
• Maintain and enhance existing dashboards as business needs evolve

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Health and Safety and/or Sustainability domains is a strong asset
