Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years of experience with Power Platform development
  • Experience independently developing applications using Power Platform, PowerApps, and SharePoint
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently, including prioritization, and knowledge of when to seek assistance in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to pass a federal background check, including an IRS financial/credit check
  • Willingness to work within the U.S. in a state Ripple Effect is set up to support (NOT New York or California)
  • Ability to pay attention to details, clearly communicate, work independently, and have an eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain custom applications and solutions using MS Power Platform to automate business processes and enhance data-driven decision-making
  • Create Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Document all projects and create SoPs and guidelines
  • Assist in the development and management of SharePoint sites, document libraries, workflows, and permissions to optimize information sharing and collaboration
  • Leverage advanced Excel capabilities to create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support client needs
  • Analyze and review data for consistency and accuracy
  • Develop personal Quality Control processes and ensure final products are error-free
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve inquiries related to web-based technology deployments for a membership-based collaboration and reporting portal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Database experience with an ability to access and manipulate significant amounts of complex data
  • Experience working directly with clients to develop solutions in response to their needs
  • Requirement gathering, testing, and presentation skills
  • Experience developing and carrying out quality control processes
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications
  • Government contracting experience
