Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 4 years of experience with Power Platform development
  • Experience developing business solutions using Power Automate and PowerApps
  • Experience importing, cleaning, and transforming complex data from multiple sources in Power Query, with ability to identify and resolve data integrity issues
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Teams and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience documenting requirements and presenting results to clients
  • Experience developing and carrying out quality control processes
  • Ability to work independently, including prioritization, and knowledge of when to seek assistance in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to pass a federal background check, including an IRS financial/credit check
  • Willingness to work within the U.S. in a state Ripple Effect is set up to support (NOT New York or California)
  • To be successful at Ripple Effect, you must be able to pay attention to details, clearly communicate, work independently, and have an eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain custom applications and solutions using MS Power Platform to automate business processes and enhance data-driven decision-making
  • Create Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Document all projects and create SoPs and guidelines
  • Develop and manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, workflows, and permissions to optimize information sharing and collaboration
  • Communicate clearly with clients to understand and document requirements, including recommending optimized technical solutions
  • Document requirements and all progress on development projects on an ongoing basis, including the development of user guides and technical manuals
  • Support the preparation of business cases and justifications for new initiatives and projects
  • Leverage advanced Excel capabilities to create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support client needs
  • Clean and transform complex data in order to provide accurate and error-free final products
  • Develop personal Quality Control processes and ensure final products are error-free
  • Provide technical trainings on new apps and workflows including presentations to senior leadership
  • Provide mentorship to more junior team members
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve inquiries related to web-based technology deployments for a membership-based collaboration and reporting portal
  • Keep current on new developments and functionality
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
