Summary
Join HALO Trust, a leading humanitarian NGO, as a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist. This full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract offers a fully remote position with potential international travel. You will lead Power App development, provide architectural guidance, and collaborate with teams across HALO. Responsibilities include developing and customizing Power Apps, designing workflows, integrating with various data sources, providing technical support, and conducting training. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in large-scale Power App deployments, a strong understanding of Dataverse, and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- Has proven experience in Power Apps developments, with excellent experience in managing large-scale deployments
- A strong technical understanding of the Dataverse such that they can provide architectural guidance, including cost implications

Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) to meet business needs
- Design and implement workflows using Power Automate for automation and process improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Integrate Power Apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and other data sources
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing Power Apps solutions and provide technical support
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance with best practices in the Power Platform environment
- Conduct training and workshops for end-users and business units
- Stay updated with Microsoft Power Platform advancements and recommend innovations
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages
- Experience in low-code/no-code development and automation
- Ability to integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and third-party applications
- Knowledge of Dataverse, Azure, and API connections
- Understanding of security, governance, and compliance within Power Platform
- Experience in Agile development methodologies
- 3+ years of experience working with Power Platform solutions
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-200)
- Experience in solution design, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Ability to work on migration projects and business transformation initiatives
- Ability to mentor and train others in Power Platform best practices
