Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership role
• Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
• Strong front-end development skills with React
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems and services
• Proficiency in JavaScript and web technologies, such as jQuery
• Knowledge of relational databases and cloud platforms, preferably Azure
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design end-to-end technical solutions
• Advanced English communication skills, especially in asynchronous settings
• Experience implementing best practices for version control, code reviews, secure development, and DevOps processes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability principles
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in designing, developing, and implementing Power Platform solutions
• Guide a development team in breaking down high-level solutions into actionable technical tasks
• Review code and provide mentorship to engineers on architecture, functionality, and maintainability
• Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals
• Promote simplicity and adherence to standards while avoiding over-engineering
• Take ownership of technical discovery, design, and communication of complex solutions
• Define detailed execution plans for junior engineers and ensure project delivery meets timelines and quality expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Power Platform or related technologies
• Knowledge of GraphQL and RESTful APIs
• Experience with lean development practices
