PPC Virtual Assistant

Summary

Join 20four7VA as a CPT-8357 PPC VA, supporting eCommerce clients. This Junior-Advanced level position requires 40 hours/week (9 am-5 pm EST, Monday-Friday). You will manage PPC campaigns, conduct keyword research, optimize budgets, and create reports using Amazon Seller Central and MS Excel. Three years of eCommerce agency experience handling large product volumes and advertising is preferred. Requirements

• Have 3 years of experience (preferred)
• Create campaigns through bulk files for all campaign types
• Follow an SOP on harvesting search terms and applying them to the campaigns through the bulk files
• Update budget tracker and client reporting docs using our manager accounts
• Have recent eCommerce agency experience
• Have handled large amounts of products and/or advertising
• Be proficient in using Amazon Seller Central
• Be proficient in using MS Excel

Responsibilities

• Create and follow up on Amazon Seller Support cases
• Be proficient in creating PPC campaigns using bulk flat feed files
• Follow keywords research SOPs & ongoing PPC optimization etc
• Extract new keywords & search terms analysis
• Manage and optimize budgets for ongoing PPC campaigns
• Create update reports for the client
• Have experience with first-party tools like Listing Opportunity Score, & Brand Analytics etc
• Follow company SOPs for keyword research analysis etc
