Practice Partnership Lead

Summary

The job is for a Practice Partnership Lead at Seven Starling, a female-founded startup providing mental healthcare services for new mothers and caregivers. The role involves building relationships with women’s health providers, educating them about the platform, setting up referral pathways, and maintaining long-term relationships. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare
• Able to travel 3-4 days a week, every week
• Live near a major airport

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person sales presentations with private practices in your territory
• Refine practice sales approach based on unique learnings, practice needs, feedback from providers, industry trends, and new product offerings
• Ensure new practices are effectively onboarded as referral partners by setting up in-office marketing collateral, establishing needed integrations, and coordinating follow-ups
• Maintain relationships for the long-term by owning account management for your territory
• Share insights, risks, and opportunities from market visits with the Growth team
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM record for your territory to track progress, stay on top of next steps, and conduct targeted outreach
• Proactively track and manage your territory’s performance against KPIs, identifying unique needs or opportunities for improvement
