Summary

Join Centric Software's Presales team as a Customer Success Consultant and work remotely within the United States. This role involves collaborating with existing customers to identify business needs, demonstrate software benefits, and foster strong relationships. Responsibilities include ongoing communication about new features, working with Customer Success Managers on upsells and cross-sells, owning key activities for quarterly business reviews, identifying process gaps and opportunities, and conducting customer visits. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of apparel, footwear, or private label retail businesses, strong presentation skills, excellent organizational abilities, and 5-10 years of industry experience. Requirements

  • Highly self-motivated, as well as the ability to collaborate with a team
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of Apparel, Footwear, and/or Private Label retail business
  • Feel comfortable presenting to all Customer roles, from Product Development to the C-suite
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Resourcefulness, adaptability, and creative thinking
  • 5-10 Years Industry experience

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Customers to identify their business problems and pain points
  • Demonstrate the business benefits embedded in the software with enthusiasm
  • Foster relationships to build trust with Customers
  • Ongoing communication with existing Customers to keep them informed of new features and future growth opportunities
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on upsell & cross-sell opportunities
  • Own key activities for the CSMs Quarterly Business Reviews, examples include GAP Reports, refresher training, Change Requests, Upgrades
  • Identify gaps & opportunities in the customer business processes
  • Visit customers on-site or remotely through web sessions
